Lorks-a-lordy… the gang at REFLEX (184 London Road, Kingston-Upon-Thames) certainly have a sense of fun. Just after Christmas they delighted us with those Transylvanian toothpicks, The Cheeky Girls, and this Friday (7 Feb), they've got another trick up their sleeve. She's been shattering crystal glasses across the globe with her vocal ‘talents’ for quite some time, and now Margarita Pracatan will be rolling into town.
Yes, you'll be able to hear Margarita giving you her, er, unique renditions of the likes of Lionel Ritchie's ‘Hello’ and Ricky Martin's ‘Livin' La Vida Loca’.
Ever since she first appeared on Clive James' TV show, the Cuban export has been adored by hundreds of guys across the country. With her ever-present feather boa, Casio keyboard, and spontaneous bursts of ‘I love you all darling, Margarita love you!’, we're sure it'll be one hell of an entertaining evening. Just don't forget your earmuffs. Reflex opens from 10pm till 3am, and for more information, call 020-8549 9911.
